Introducing The Arts Banquet Killaloe Festival
Arts Banquet builds on the legacy of the Killaloe Festival (that ran until 2003) by bringing a high quality arts festival back to this historic setting. The Arts Banquet launches during Féile Brian Ború week, and then runs throughout July, with a varied programme of visual & multimedia arts, classical, trad & jazz music and film throughout July. For a full programme see www.musicintheglen.ie

The Arts Banquet Sculpture
Artist Olivia O'Donovan of Creative House, will be working with different parts of the community to create a community sculpture using the festival theme of 'Transition & Transience'. The sculpture will be created during workshops throughout the festival and will be on display in Quay Arts on the July 2nd and in the Cathedral for the month of July. An open family workshop will take place in St. Anne’s School on Saturday 25th June. If you would like to get involved or know more contact Olivia at olivia@creativehouse.ie or www.creativehouse.ie.
